Who you decide to hire is one of the most important decisions you can make as a growing business. Picking the right person for the job shouldn’t be based solely on how much profit, but also who they are as a person and if their personality will gel well with the company culture. If you have an employee who generates a great profit but diminishes the work culture and efficiency of others, replacing that person will ultimately lead to more profits from the company as a whole and better work culture.
